The 2026 Call for Speakers is
Now Open
We are now accepting applications to participate in next year’s refreshed National Surgical Care Summit programme. We welcome proposals for keynote presentations, case studies, seminars, and panel discussions that share practical insights, innovation, and measurable improvements in operating theatre performance.
Submissions are encouraged from NHS trusts, ICSs, independent healthcare providers, academic partners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams. We are particularly interested in examples that demonstrate improved efficiency, reduced waiting times, optimised patient pathways, enhanced safety, strengthened workforce capability, or successful adoption of digital and surgical technologies.
Whether showcasing major transformation programmes or targeted quality improvement projects, this is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact national learning forum and help shape the future of surgical care delivery. Proposals should be solution-focused, transferable, and relevant to operational, clinical, and strategic leaders.

Submission Criteria
Presentations must be relevant to the field of driving pathway performance, safety, and technology across perioperative care.
Speaker proposals should include a brief overview of your organisation, the proposed topic and the learning outcomes and benefits to our delegates.
All submissions will be carefully reviewed by our advisory board and conference committee.
